APRIL BIRTHDAYS

We celebrated our April birthdays in the last few weeks.  Gary wanted to eat Indian food so we met at a place called Bombay Kitchen in SL.  Gary ordered Chicken Tikka Masala.  I had pineapple chicken and Rick had shrimp tandoori.  We had a nice visit with good food.  Luckily we got there within just a few minutes of closing time... Our Gary boy turned thirty three!

The next week we went to the Cheesecake Factory with Kaitlyn and Alyssia for their 34th birthday.  Kaitlyn had never been there so we thought it would be fun.  The food was delicious and there was SO much of it! We ordered the infamous avocado egg rolls for an appetizer and it was a hit with the girls.

Kaitlyn ordered the shrimp scampi, Alyssia ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich with fries, Rick ordered a cajun chicken pasta, and I ordered the chicken parmesan.  Afterwards we of course, had cheesecake except for Alysia who wanted ice cream.

Last night was Sunday dinner and we invited all the family over for a BBQ and cake and ice cream.  It was the perfect weather and we ate out on the patio and the kids played and we all had a marvelous time!

That oreo cake was something else.....
