Brach's Birthday

Our Brach had his 37th birthday on the 8th of this month.  We had a big family dinner complete with ribs, baked potatoes, salad, and dessert.  It was a pretty good weather day (still a bit cold but better than it's been) so the kids played in and out of doors.

The adults had a good time sitting around the table talking.

Kendra made Brach's birthday cake, sprinkles with vanilla frosting and she served it up with vanilla ice cream.  Good stuff!

We also had the chance to take Brach (and Kendra) out to Fleming's Steakhouse.  We were there for THREE HOURS enjoying food and company.  The restaurant was very loud and much of the time I couldn't hear what was being said but finally the last hour it quieted down to where it wasn't so much of a challenge to hear.  Overall, it was a good night with good food and good company!
