On Thursday the 16th we had a late Valentine's party with our grandkids while their parents had their own Valentine's dates. We started out with a couple of crafts, painting and beading necklaces/bracelets.
Next we had a fun dinner of heart pizzas, root beer, and strawberries.
Next we played a fun minute to win it game where everyone got a chance to eat lots of candy and then we added more candy to that with Aunt Deanna's piñata that she sent me for Christmas. The kids did not want for sugar that night!
We ended the night with the movie, The Rescuers Down Under, a blast from the past. I forgot how much I like that little show:) The kids' parents came to pick them up about nine o'clock and even though we were tired after the kids left we cleaned up the aftermath of the tornado. Good times with our kiddos!
