It's the end of May and a Phelps family tradition that we go to Capitol Reef for some hiking and fun. A quick rundown of the things we got to do include:
Hiking to Hickman Bridge
Getting goodies at the Fruita Store
Having a picnic and playing at the Fruita Park
Climbing all kinds of rock formations
Eating at La Cueva Mexican Restaurant
Riding trails in the Ranger
Swimming
Hiking the Goosenecks (new one for the next generation)
Playing games in the rec room
Eating at Broken Spur Restaurant
More swimming
Taking a nap
AND tons of fun cousin time!!
We made more good memories from yet another year at our beloved Capitol Reef NP. Until next year...
