I am late posting all of our Christmas activities.....
On the 29th of December we had our annual Adult Christmas date with our kids and their dates.
We had a wonderful dinner at Capitol Grill, a restaurant that we have come to love!
Everyone enjoyed their meal and we all enjoyed visiting around the table!
The steak and lobster are the best we've ever had!
After dinner we walked the few steps over to the Eccles Theatre for a fun Christmas Concert of Jennie Oaks Baker, the professional violinist, and her children that play other instruments. Jenny was the main violinist and was spectacular! Her children accompanied her on the piano, guitar, viola, and a cellist.
They all are so talented and put on such a wonderful show!

A few days later on December 2nd we had our annual Phelps Family Christmas Party held at The Allen Farms Barn. Brent and Lar were in charge this year. The siblings all brought meat and cheese platters while the cousins all brought a side dish and a dessert. It was a nice time visiting with everyone!
Here is a picture of all of the siblings with their spouses, except Ken, he had a temple assignment that day.
After the dinner we had a nice program with all of the families represented.
From our family we had Skylar and Sarah sing O Holy Night with Skylar accompanying on the guitar
and our grandchildren sang
I Think When I Read That Sweet Story of Old. They all did great!
Darla led the closing song.
It was a wonderful time spent with the Phelps clan!
We had over a hundred people come!
